i realize i'm supposed to use this space to tell you more about myself, but i find that redundant. just by browsing my gallery, you get a clear picture of who i am and what i value. you can tell what i say and how i think. my gallery is an insight to my imagination and mind, and that is far more educational than an "about me" will ever be. instead, i think i'll write something about this site, and what it means to me.

i've been on this site for five whole years now, and my gallery is full of the most painfully honest memories of my youth. seeing how i've changed -- whether it be my style of writing, my narrative voice, improvement of my talents (or lack thereof) -- is one of the most beautiful and liberating things i can imagine. i can't wait to post my thoughts and images and progression for the next five years to come, as well. thank you for always giving me a place to be myself, deviantart. it's been a pleasure.

Hello dear,

you may not know me; in fact given that you live half the country away (though it is the place where I was born) would more than make up for that insignificant detail. Anyway, as it stands I am very much flabbergasted by the outstanding work you produce from the depths of your creativity and intricate brain waves. It reminds me of a lot of things that I've felt, said written; all the things I wish that I had time to write. (stupid jobs) In the off chance that you do know my stuff and that last sentence offends you I apologize. Anyway, lets be friends!
